Pretty self explanatory, YaY was one of the first pieces where I thought about them being utilitarian. While I don’t condone climbing on the art, I had noticed people enjoyed sitting, standing and interacting with them so I thought it would be fun to make a seat. YaY was in Tucson, Arizona for 5 years at a shopping center so I’m sure he’s made lots of friends.
