The Dogwood Festival Art Event is moving this year to another location near the downtown Festival area to the Pavilion at the Farmers Market. There is a drive these next few weeks to update the pavilion at 813 W Spring Street next to the Visitor's Center.
New lighting and other improvements are being made thanks to the donations. It is next to the highway, Spring Street, where it can attract visitors in addition to the festival goers.
The art will be on display to the Special Event guests who come from 5:30 to 9:00 pm on March 21 as well as on Saturday along with the Festival from 9:00–5:00 pm
